Processing
All products are made to order please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee any changes. However, you can email us at dopabeam@gmail.com with any questions or concerns & we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Times
Please note that shipping times may vary, and estimated delivery dates are only approximations. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, so we recommend planning accordingly. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we have no control over the process once the package is with the carrier. Additionally, delivery times are calculated based on business days.
Currently only shipping within the USA ONLY
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused candles in their original packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please send photos of defective items to dopabeam@gmail.com If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
For Clothing merchandise that are misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received for an exchange or money back. Please send photos of defective items & the original receipt, to dopabeam@gmail.com If approved, we will reissue the same item to you. For wrong size, exchanges, we will need the original receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us with any issues
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue and resolve it.
If your order is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage and a description. It is important to report any damage within 48 hours and before using the product for the first time.
For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
